Indus Security Services (Pvt) Ltd has protected people and premises across Pakistan since 2003, under the licence of the Ministry of Interior and the Home Departments of all four provinces.
Company profile
Indus Security Services (Pvt) Ltd was founded in April 2003 by Lt Col Muhammad Khalid Khan (Retd), TI(M), after obtaining a No-Objection Certificate to operate as a Private Security Agency from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad (H.O. No 4/69/8001-Security-3, dated 9 August 2002).
Soon after, the company was registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in September 2002, under Certificate of Incorporation number K-09016 of 2002-2003 dated 17 September 2002 (CUIN 0044400). The provincial governments subsequently issued licences to operate in their respective provinces, and these are renewed periodically on expiry.
The company commenced operations in April 2003, with offices at Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Lahore and Kohat.
